The Wayzata West Metro Chamber is excited to invite you to join us as we celebrate the opening of Belle & Grey! Belle & Grey is a new chef-driven, American restaurant located at The Hotel Landing. Opened in April 2026, it replaces ninetwentyfive with a focus on elevated, comfortable classics in a cozy, lakeside setting, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. 

The name was inspired by owner Steve Bohl's grandchildren, Greyson and Anabelle, as well as the historic "Belle of Minnetonka" steamship and Gray's Bay. Come meet the ownership team and learn more about this fine dining establishment and delectable food and beverage offerings. We hope to see you there!
