I provide counseling for adults, including individuals and couples. Kind people with the best intentions can still find themselves stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking and connecting with those they care about. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients discover new ways to respond when trouble looms. I offer a warm and positive approach to help couples find greater intimacy and individuals experience growth and flourishing.
