If we cannot provide a remodeling plan within the estimated budget range agreed to at the Initial Consultation Meeting, we will refund 100% of the Design Agreement Fee. If we can’t do the designed project and keep it within the established budget, we will let you know before we ever begin. Yes, it’s really that simple.
