My wife Kathleen and I have owned the Home Instead #230 franchise since April 1st 2008, and still love my work.  It is a fascinating line of work where the rewards outweigh its challenges.  Helping keep our older adults stay independent for as long as possible at home or wherever they call home is our mission. but it is also our mission to delight the clients and families we serve.
