Kate Damato joined Forte Real Estate Partners in the spring of 2024. Having been in the real estate industry since 2013, Kate brings with her a broad base of knowledge to the Forte team from her experience in tenant advisory, sales, and acquisitions. She enjoys working with a variety of organizations such as non-profits, professional services, and sports training facilities.
Her strengths lie in understanding her client’s brand identity and vision. As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Advisory division at Forte, her role is to conduct in-depth market research, site selection, and risk management through lease negotiations.
Kate believes in building a fulfilling business through long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
