Hi! I'm Carole and it's a pleasure to virtually meet you. I have a passion for helping leaders and teams redefine themselves through coaching and education. I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and a master's in human resource management. I'm currently completing my certification in Leadership Coaching at International Professional Excellence Coaching and my A.C.C. certification in the Fall of 2025. I have 25 years of leadership experience in university and corporate settings within the clinical research and medical device fields.
