Jennifer Crancer is a trial attorney and litigator with seasoned experience in all areas of litigation. Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, tort litigation, insurance litigation, business representation, and governmental representation. Jennifer represents a number of clients including commercial businesses, employees, independent contractors, professional organizations, homeowners’ associations, and individuals finding themselves in need of a zealous advocate.

Jennifer also prosecutes on behalf of local municipalities in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Jennifer started her career as a county prosecutor in the State of Missouri, where she served as a senior assistant prosecuting attorney focusing on felony property and tax offenses. Given her experience and knowledge of the criminal process and laws from serving as a prosecutor, Jennifer also represents clients in a number of criminal defense matters, including DWIs, assaults, domestic assaults, thefts, and other motor vehicle-related offenses.

Jennifer previously worked representing insurance companies in a variety of coverage disputes and anti-fraud litigation claims, including personal injury claims, theft claims, arson claims, and commercial liability claims. Jennifer continues to represent both insurance companies and insureds in a variety of coverage disputes from initial claim submission, to completing coverage analyses, and through resolution of the claim.

Jennifer practices regularly before state and federal courts across the country and is admitted to the Minnesota Bar, Wisconsin Bar, Missouri Bar, United State District Court for the District of Minnesota, and United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Jennifer is an active member of the Wayzata West Metro Chamber Chamber of Commerce and The Junior League of Minneapolis. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys golfing and traveling.
