We are excited to offer mental health services in the Excelsior, MN community, including EMDR and Anchored Relational Model (formerly AIR Network).  We also offer a variety of services to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, life adjustments, trauma, ADHD, academic difficulties, autism, and many others.
