As an employer, you play an important role in helping your employees learn about and access Minnesota Paid Leave. Paid Leave staff are partnering with the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce for a webinar designed to help employers prepare for the new program.

During this webinar, we will provide an overview of Paid Leave, share recent updates, and answer your questions. 

Starting January 1, 2026, Minnesota’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program will go into effect– now called “Minnesota Paid Leave”. Join the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) for a timely webinar designed to help businesses understand what’s coming, how to prepare and what resources are available.
