The Wayzata West Metro Chamber is excited to invite you to join us at the Welcome Visit & Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Rustica Bakery; as they reveal their beautiful new location in the former Wuollet Bakery space. Their executive pastry chef, Shawn McKenzie was a 2023 finalist for the James Beard Award in the 'outstanding pastry chef' category. In addition to their bread, croissants and decadent sweet treats, this location offers up savory offerings too! We're excited to have them as part of this vibrant community and the Chamber!

We have some of the most experienced and talented baristas and bakers perfecting the beloved Rustica favorites, while introducing some new, creative and delectable goodies. As of November 2024, Rustica was acquired by Jester Concepts, the restaurant group behind Parlour, Borough, P.S. Steak, Butcher & the Boar, Starling and more. Jester Concepts is currently expanding Rustica’s wholesale operations, while preserving its beloved recipes and high-quality standards.
