Since 2004, Rustica Bakery has been a Minnesota favorite, known for its artisan breads, exceptional pastries, remarkable coffee, and beloved bittersweet chocolate cookies. Rustica is proud to celebrate their newest chapter in Wayzata and becoming part of the daily rituals, celebrations, and connections that make this city so special.

Located in the historic former Wuollet Bakery space, Rustica Wayzata continues a long tradition of baking in the heart of downtown while bringing something fresh to the community. Under the stewardship of Jester Concepts, the bakery remains committed to preserving the quality, craftsmanship, and recipes that made Rustica a Twin Cities institution while introducing new offerings designed specifically for this location.

The Wayzata café features Rustica's signature breads, pastries, and coffee program alongside an expanded savory menu and a welcoming gathering space for neighbors, visitors, and lake-goers alike. For Chef and Partner Mike DeCamp, who grew up just blocks away, the opening represents a meaningful homecoming and an opportunity to bring a beloved Minnesota brand to the community that helped shape his culinary journey.
