The Wayzata West Metro Chamber is excited to invite you to participate in the Minnetonka Business Council. We are pleased to partner with the City of Minnetonka in offering this programming again in 2025. This program is for Minnetonka-based business professionals or business owners. If that is you, please join us! 

This month we will learn about the no cost business support services of Elevate Hennepin and the Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers: MCCD.

Elevate Hennepin - Elevate Hennepin brings together experts, tools, and programs thoughtfully designed to help new and established businesses gain their footing, plan for next steps, and expand upon their success. This solution was only possible because of the relationships and trust already built with local entrepreneurs and small businesses over the years. Thanks to Hennepin County's investment, Elevate Hennepin brings a wealth of no-cost advising services, group-learning opportunities, exceptional events, and more to small businesses. The only cost is the time you invest in growing your business. 

MCCD - As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), MCCD provides business advising services and access to low-cost capital for entrepreneurs and business owners who have been locked out of traditional banking institutions, with a focus on Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), low-wealth individuals, women and other marginalized groups. 

Ongoing: The group meets quarterly. There is no fee, and you do not need to be a Chamber member to attend. Purpose: To strengthen ties between Minnetonka-based business leaders and the City, to foster a thriving and prosperous business community now and in the future.
