About Sarah:

Sarah Kerbeshian is the founder of Kerbeshian Strategic HR Consulting and a senior HR strategist who helps organizations build workplaces where people thrive. Her work focuses on aligning strategy, culture, and wellbeing as essential drivers of performance. Her consulting practice partners with small and mid‑sized businesses and nonprofits to create people‑first, inclusive environments that support meaningful outcomes. Sarah works alongside leaders as a trusted strategic partner who brings clarity, insight, and practical guidance to their most important people and culture decisions.

She is an active community volunteer through IOCP, Gustavus Adolphus College, and organizations that support individuals and families who are grieving. As a bereaved mother, Sarah believes deeply in giving back and in the importance of compassionate community support.

Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. She also maintains multiple HR certifications and stays current on emerging trends and best practices, making her a trusted and informed partner to leaders.
