Join us for a timely and insightful conversation with school superintendents from across the metro region and greater Minnesota as they discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping today’s high schools. From workforce readiness and enrollment shifts to innovation, equity, and student well-being, these education leaders are navigating change while preparing the next generation for success.
This program will explore what sets our area schools apart, the trends emerging across urban, suburban, and rural districts, and how education leadership is evolving to meet the moment. Designed for business, civic, and community leaders, this discussion offers valuable perspective on the future of education—and its critical role in strengthening Minnesota’s workforce and economy.
Panelists include:David Law (confirmed) - Minnetonka Public Schools Superintendent, one of Minnesota’s top-performing school districts. He previously served as superintendent of Anoka-Hennepin School District, the state’s largest district, and has held leadership roles in several Twin Cities school systems. Law began his career as a middle and high school teacher and later earned his K–12 principal and superintendent licensure from the University of Minnesota. He also holds a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. A recognized education leader, Law has served in numerous state and national leadership roles, including President-Elect of the American Association of School Administrators, and has been honored as Minnesota Superintendent of the Year.
Chace Anderson (invited) - Wayzata Public Schools Superintendent, leading the award-winning school district for over 17 years. Anderson Experienced educator and school leader with extensive experience as a teacher, principal, and superintendent in both public and private PreK–12 education. Skilled in curriculum and instructional systems, organizational design, community engagement, and applying business and leadership principles—such as Treacy & Wiersema’s Discipline of Market Leaders—to education. A lifelong learner with multiple degrees in education (BA, MS, PhD) and professional licenses in teaching, school leadership, and administration, committed to modeling excellence and continuous growth inspired by a lifelong passion for learning.
