The Wayzata West Metro Chamber is excited to bring back the popular EmpowHER Women's Network series. The EmpowHER Women’s Network believes in the immense value that women bring to the Chamber and community.
Its purpose is to foster a supportive and empowering community where women engage in peer-led mentorship by providing a safe space, which allows women to feel heard and receive advice and feedback. The EmpowHER Women’s Network is dedicated to making a difference by cultivating an environment where women thrive, excel, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of our community and beyond.
This month's program will take a look at "Visibility" and what it means as we navigate our professional and personal worlds.

In this session, you'll discover how to be more intentional about the way you show up, communicate your value, and position yourself for greater influence and career growth.
Together, we'll explore how to:
When your visibility matches your value, you're more likely to be trusted with bigger opportunities, invited into important conversations, and positioned for long-term career success.
