Panel moderator: Stephanie March is the Executive Editor new Media/Food at Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, overseeing monthly dining coverage and major trends. She also hosts Weekly Dish on myTalk 107.1, appears on Fox 9, and contributes to the Beer, Wine & Spirits show. Stephanie blogs about dining news and manages the award-winning The Feed e-newsletter. She frequently hosts, judges, and participates in food events around the Twin Cities.

Panelists include: Lindsay Pohlad (Founder/Owner of The Grocer's Table & Eloise), Michael Giacomini (Director of Finance/Family Owner of Red Cow & Red Rabbit), and Aaron Switz (Founder & CEO Innerbloom Hospitality & Owner Josefina & Macanda and many more)
